Melanie Joy
Teaching CAAE Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Relationship Astrology, Vocational Astrology and Chart Rectification.
Melanie has been studying astrology for over 20 years and seeing clients for over 14 years. She’s a certified graduate and teacher through the Canadian Astrological Association for Education (CAAE), a former CAAE board member, and also has a Diploma in Horary Astrology from the School of Traditional Astrology. Melanie has lectured across Canada and the U.S. for organizations such as Kepler College, ISAR, AFAN, OPA, NCGR, Astrology Toronto, and the Canadian Astrology Conference. She is also founder and President of Astrology Niagara, a local astrology group in southern Ontario, Canada.
Her approach to astrology is a blend of modern Western techniques, traditional techniques, and a heavy dose of 17th century astrology based on the methods of Jean Baptiste Morin de Villefranche. She also believes strongly in chart rectification and puts a lot of time (and heart) into her clients to ensure their birth times are bang on.
A former college writing teacher, career advice writer, communications specialist and singer-songwriter, Melanie hold a Master’s degree in Professional Writing and Communications. Above all, she’s a mom to two beautiful little girls and has a husband who actually digs astrology.
